1. General Provisions
1.1. The seller operating the online store Firesand.eu is FireSand OÜ

1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between FireSand OÜ and customers purchasing products from the online store.
1.3. Both natural persons and legal entities may purchase products from the online store. By placing an order, a natural person confirms that they are at least 18 years of age or have obtained the consent of their legal representative.
1.4. By placing an order through the online store, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1.5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
2. Products and Prices
2.1. All product prices displayed in the online store are shown in euros (EUR).
2.2. Delivery charges are added to the product price unless otherwise stated during checkout.
2.3. Product availability may change. If an ordered product cannot be supplied, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and any amount paid will be refunded without undue delay, and no later than 14 days.
2.4. FireSand OÜ reserves the right to change the prices displayed in the online store. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
3. Placing an Order and Formation of the Contract
3.1. To place an order, the customer adds the desired products to the shopping cart, enters the required information, and selects a delivery and payment method.
3.2. The sales contract is deemed concluded when FireSand OÜ sends the customer an order confirmation.
3.3. FireSand OÜ reserves the right not to fulfil an order if:
- the information provided in the order is incorrect or incomplete;
- the ordered product is out of stock and cannot be obtained within a reasonable period;
- an obvious technical pricing error has occurred in the online store.
3.4. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted and any amount paid will be refunded without undue delay, and no later than 14 days.
4. Payment Methods
4.1. Payment for orders is made using the payment methods available in the online store.
4.2. FireSand OÜ will begin processing the order once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in the online store.
5. Delivery
5.1. Goods will be delivered using the delivery method and to the address selected by the customer during checkout.
5.2. Delivery times shown in the online store are estimates. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond the seller's control.
5.3. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must inspect the packaging and the visible condition of the goods. If the shipment is damaged, the customer should, where possible, notify both the carrier and FireSand OÜ immediately.
5.4. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Consumer's 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must submit an unequivocal statement to FireSand OÜ within the withdrawal period by email to shop@firesand.euThe withdrawal is deemed timely if the notice is sent within the 14-day period.
6.3. After withdrawing from the contract, the consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice, unless FireSand OÜ has agreed to collect the goods itself.
6.4. FireSand OÜ will reimburse all payments received from the consumer under the contract, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. FireSand OÜ may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the consumer provides proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. If the consumer selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered, FireSand OÜ is not required to reimburse the additional cost.
6.5. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated in the online store or unless FireSand OÜ failed to inform the consumer of this obligation before the purchase.
6.6. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods if they have handled them in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. This means the goods may be inspected and tested to the same extent as would be possible in a physical retail store but may not be used beyond that.
6.7. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided by law, including, for example: goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; sealed audio or video recordings or computer software where the seal has been broken after delivery; digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
7. Complaints and Defective Goods
7.1. FireSand OÜ is liable for any lack of conformity of goods sold to consumers that becomes apparent within two (2) years from the date the goods are delivered.
7.2. If a defect is discovered, the customer should contact FireSand OÜ within a reasonable time and submit a complaint by email to shop@firesand.eudescribing the defect and, where possible, including the order number, purchase date, and photographs of the defect.
7.3. In the event of defective goods, consumers have the remedies provided by law, including the right to request repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
7.4. FireSand OÜ is not liable for defects arising after delivery due to improper use, failure to maintain the goods, normal wear and tear, or other circumstances attributable to the customer.
8. Liability
8.1. FireSand OÜ is liable to the customer, and the customer is liable to FireSand OÜ, for damage caused to the other party through a breach of these Terms and Conditions, to the extent provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
8.2. FireSand OÜ shall not be liable for any damage caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control that it could neither foresee nor prevent.
9. Personal Data
9.1. FireSand OÜ processes the customer's personal data for the purposes of fulfilling orders, processing payments, delivering goods, and complying with legal obligations.

10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. If the customer has any complaints regarding FireSand OÜ, they should submit them by email to shop@firesand.eu.
10.2. If a dispute between the consumer and FireSand OÜ cannot be resolved by agreement, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (CPTRA / TTJA). The procedure is generally free of charge for consumers, and the Committee considers disputes where the value of the goods or services in dispute is at least 20€.
